Get DTMF in CCA SDK development

I would like to get the number entered in the DTMF, through the CCA SDK development, is this possible?

I would like to read the DTMF entered by the client and write this information to a database. What is the best way to do this?

Yes but where and when does customer do this dtmf? While talking to the agent? What listens to this dtmf?
If before then this solution is not what you need as dtmf is lost unless a CTI solution did the attach of those values into the stream. Meaning you should have an IVR doing this integration with CCAgent somehow....
