language of Alcatel 4400

Hi, everybody. I am a new member. Who can show me to change language of Alcatel 4400 ? When we buy it, it was set France language therefore when I type 'mgr' it all France, I type ' mgr -l GEA' but it didn't change language. Please, show me. Thank

Thank , but in configuration haven't File:when you type :"mgr" the CPU read 3 or 4 file config, all file.GEA, haven't fie.USO, therefore when I type " mgr -l USO" it didn't understand.
