4635 personal message

To start I would like to thank for a great forum!

I've a question, when someone calls my users and are sent to their voice mail it plays the following

"You've reached an automatic voice mail..."
"<personal> is not availble, please leave a message"

My question is following, is there a way to remove that personal message and replace with the same automatic voice that it uses?

Yes. you have. But as far as I know it's an option that each user can configure from the phone.
To change it, after logon on his mailbox, the user can ear all his messages and then use option 4 of the main menu.
Option 4 is Personal Options, and there you have the option 3 to setup the Greetings.
I've got the 4635 Quick Reference guide and the 4635 adapter configuration manual if you need.
