System default tones problem-OXO RCE 10.3

Hi,

I have a OXO system but in all the phones the default tones are not playing properly it was playing half

Anyone face the issue ?

The internal tones are playing in choppy behavior

You have problem with tones (all phones - IP and TDM) or with IP network (digital and analogue phones Ok, IP phones have problem)?
