hi,

Is e-config and omnivista the same thing or not?
How can I maintain , troubleshoot and see logs of my pbx basicly without buying a software?what is https://my_oxe_ip and https://my_oxe_ip/wtool/html/tools.html and how can I use them?also ALCATEL/TOOLS/stand-alone-client-4760i.zip software???
Pls help me urgently!

Hi.

We can help people, but there is a limitation. We do not give training -at least, I dont-
If you need that much of basic in formations, you should ask your manager to send you to training.
To learn the basics, Alcatel offer a week or even 2 of training. Please go on the main page of this forum, and look for ALCATEL TRAINING SCHEDULE
