4019 Mute Button Auto Answer

Dear Community,

I just installed 3x 4019 Alcatel Lucent phones and when i enable the headset mode, the mute button lights up and stays up. It doesn't turn off like it does on my 4008 IP. how can i fix the issue?

what kind of pbx do you have OXO or OXE?
have you configured a Handset Key?

I have the same problem. On a OXO
