Hello,

I find a strange problem with an OXO system. There is 1 PRA board who interconect the system through an antenna to a GSM provider. The client use accounts code for the employes. When the first user try to call to an mobile phone he should dial, for example :

*(for new acount code) 12345 (his account code) 0 (for ARS - the digit will be kept) 740497920

The problems is that the user can dial only
* 12345 074 and after that he hear in headset like the phone is ringing, but there are no call.
If he put the receptor on desk and the phone remains in these phase ....he goes to another phone and he can call out without problems.
If I disable restriction for the same phone (he can call out without account code) ....it works.
I thought that is problem with the first voice chanel from PRA but the provider make a test with his own pbx and it works.

Can you help me?
