Hello:Our PBX is OMNIPCX4400 R6.0 & R6.2.
Recentely, I install a 4035 Digital phone set.
But when I press the the information key of the set.
PBX's CPU BOARD reboots !!!
please help!!!
NMS 4760 display the information as follows:
Additional Text : DMM err6 File21 Line199 Stat7
System incident
Allocation error or dynamic release of the memory
Like all the system errors, this one can have a defective functioning.
Reboot the system if the functioning is defective.
Note the incident with all its information on an observation slip(anomaly report),specifying if possible the error context.
