Hello Experts.
I need your help to troubleshooting random 8018 reboot. I'm working on a campus lan with around 4000 IPTouch and randomly a lot of these reboot.
I cannot access OXE.
What can I do from network point of view?
Thanks a lot.
8018, out of service.
Re: 8018, out of service.
Check incidents on OXE (f.e. about duplicated IP address).
About LAN - do you have some monitoring in your network (broadcast storm, duplicated IP, device reset, traffic...)?

Re: 8018, out of service.
Thanks a lot for your help.
This is what I received this morning...
A lot of...No response from de set ...IPTOUCH terminal reset 13 ... and some IPTOUCH terminal reset 6 messages.
I'm investigating on LAN side.

- all sets reboot (problem with connection with CPU) at the same time or not?
- if only part of sets - what is common for this sets - from one switch/building/VLAN...
