8038 Premium DeskPhone - Lost passwords

We have recently had 8038 Premium DeskPhone installed in our office. Unfortunately the previous admin of the phone has left ( a few years back ) and we have no idea how to access the phones features available to us. Is there a universal reset password? or another option to help us out please?

User passsword you can change in PBX management.
