OXO Immediate forward

Hi,

Our client has OXO 4.1. DISA/DISA Transit : enable

we have an issue on immediate forwarding the call from the operator set (4039)to specific extension (4019), immediate call forward is activated with its neccessary extension number.

When a call arrives in the system recorded MSG from DISA answers, when outside caller dial "0" operator set keeps ringing outside call is never forwarded to its desired extension. pls note that immediate forward is ACTIVATED from the OS.

Can somebody helps...

I think the problem is pointing "0" to the operator stn, could someone knows how to program this?

dialing "0" from outside call doesn't recognize by the OS.

If the "0" isn't in the public num plan, the system forward the calls to the operator group with the default settings (External Lines / Incoming Call Handling --> Wrong dialing).

If you makes a simple immediate diversion, the group calls still ring on the set.

You have two possibilities:
use the operator diversion on the set or set the "0" in the Public Num Plan as subscriber (with base like the operator extension).
