OXO OMC - Can't hang up on destination phone

We are using OMC 40.0.16.1a

We are unable to hang up a call at the receiving end, unless we pickup the receiver and put it back.

Is this a setting issue on OMC?

OMC - just management SW.
What do you mean "unable to hang up a call at the receiving end"? If you have incoming call f.e. via APA board - you cannot press "Release" for disconnect. You need answer and release. Usuall call in PBX - not a mobile call.

Ok thanks, so you cannot press 'Release' to disconnect before answering the call?
