Unable to delete mailboxes via mgr

I have a client with 70+ nodes and 3 centralised 4635 voicemails.

Recently it has become impossible to delete a mailbox via MGR on one of the 4635 units. All the 4635's are running R5.2.2

Alcatel has advised me to upgrade the v/mails to R5.2.10 or R5.3.x as R5.2.2 is no longer supported.

The other 2 v/mails are working perfectly, so I don't think this is a solution.

All 3 OXE's that the 4635's reside on are running R6.0.1.aj s/w

Both the OXE and the 4635 have been restarted without any solution to this problem.

If anyone has a suggestion, please post a reply.

What error do you have when delete MB?
May be MB not empty? System/ Other system/ VM parameters - Allow delete not empty MB - try this.

exactly what are you typing to delete the mailbox and what error message are you getting when you try and commit the change?
