Hey guys,
Very similar to this: https://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtopic.php?t=19115
I have one line that keeps answering on speaker regardless what we do (change phones, ports etc). I'm not too sure when it comes to completely resetting the line?
We run our own server manage via OMC
It's just super strange from the 30+ in the office I'm having problems with this one person's line.

If the MUTE button is activated, the set will answer automatically in hands free mode.

Seems to be the phone unit, perhaps the handset. I tested the line with a third phone just to make sure and that phone worked fine. Seems like these two have the same issue. I'm thinking hardware, which is fine. We shall replace it.

Automatic answer - it's usuall feature in OXE. Just press Mute button when set in idle state.
For test - just delete set from OXE and create again.

You can also un-assign the extension from the port, and assign it to another port (with another set) in order to see if the "feature" follows the extension.
If yes, then it is most likely an option turned on somewhere..
