No Link from Mikrotik Router to Omniswitch 6850

I am having an issue with my Alcatel Omniswitch. I have a Mikrotik CCR 1036 connected to an Omniswitch 6850 via SFP. I have an Alcatel SFP-GIG-SX SFP in the Omniswitch and a FluxLight GLC-SX-MM SFP in the Mikrotik with single-mode fiber in between. I swear when I first connected the unconfigured Omniswitch to the Mikrotik, it linked up just fine. I even showed my daughter as we've been working on this switch for weeks (I had the wrong SFPs for the Omniswitch). I configured the Omniswitch for a user, trunked 5 VLANs on the port back to the Mikrotik, gave the Omniswitch an IP in the management network on one of those VLANs, and the ping failed. I chased it around for a while before noticing there is no longer a link on the Alcatel side. The activity light on the Mikrotik is solid, and the light on the Omniswitch is off. If I connect the Omniswitch directly to another Omniswitch using identical optics, they link up no problem. I even tried taking that optic out of the spare Omniswitch and put it in the Mikrotik. The Mikrotik activity light lit up solid again, but still nothing on the Alcatel.

Right now I've put the original FluxLight SFP back into the Mikrotik. I have it running to a Cisco Catalyst which is working, so I know that SFP is compatible with the Mikrotik.

Full disclosure: I am a Cisco guy. I've been using a Mikrotik router at home for about 2 years, and I've had this Omniswitch a few weeks. They were taken out of production at work and I snagged one to try using as a distro switch at home to feed my two Catalysts. I say this to say I could be doing something completely stupid here, probably with incompatibly SFPs. My plan right now is to wipe the omniswitch and start over and see if I get a link light back at any point. If anyone knows anything I can try, any debug commands, or what two SFPs work for sure that'd be greatly appreciated.

I acutally just figured it out of course after wiping the configuration. I needed to turn off auto-negotiation and set both sides to 1000M/Full-Duplex to bring up the link.
