Re: Virtual Terminal
You can create as many virtual terminals as user licenses you have (digital + analog + ip phones).

Re: Virtual Terminal
On OXE what you are looking for is "remote forward" (a prefix). OXO must have it, too (never checked this). How it works: remote forward prefix + nb of the virtual terminal + destination station = you forward the virtual terminal to destination station. I think this is what you're looking for.steg81 wrote:Sorry I mean can I say control the "divert" on the VT Terminal form my handset, Via a button or somthing. say when I leave the office or somthing.

To tot3nkopf: In OXO exist only more closer feature, named "follow me". You couldn't declare destination set (only source set), because it is always yours set, from which you activated feature.
To steg81: You can use PIMphony for forward Virtual terminal.

Re: Virtual Terminal
PIMphoney will cost more generally then DISA.
DISA can also be done anywhere, PIMphoney can only be done on site.
And if you are unsure on what DISA is, i doubt you will be able to set it up. Sorry dude, call your Local Alcatel Dealer.
