Control MAC RANDOMIZATION AND SHARING PASSWORD VIA QR CODE

Dear All,

We are an Alcatel-lucent enterprise customer with OAW-AP1221 X 40+ Wi-Fi network. Within business network we have given some users to have access our Wi-Fi without sharing password. However now a days mobile phones able to share Wi-Fi credentials thorough sharing QR-Codes.
And even blacklisting MAC address doesn't work due to mac randomization in latest devices.
How to overcome this issue and control the Wi-Fi network?
