LDAP Schema modifications for directory

Hi all,

Anyone here used a customised directory in 4760?

I have One that was customised in version 1.5, we are trying to upgrade it to 2.1, but there are problems in the directory.

I can make it upgrade using some conversions & remapping & all is ok, except for the 4059 consultation of the directory. The info is still listed as Miscxx instead of mynewfield.

It works fine for the webclient, but the customer only wants to use the 4059 information

Any ideas guys, Alcatel have told me to try a couple of things, but they have not worked so far

Can't you do the customasation again after the upgrade?
Try change it a couple of times, it should work just fine.

Customisation is fine, but it does not change the a4400 user class in iplanet server, so when the 4059 consults for additional information, it comes from the iplanet area, not the omnivista dictionary.

France have told me it can't be done....make a marketing request
