New IP Phone

I am quite new to the forum, however, I am also quite new to Alcatel switchboards and I need your guidance.

We currently have an IP phone that we use. "IPTouch 4068"

This device has malfunctioned and I want to replace it with a new one, but I do not know how to introduce the new phone to the system. Can you help me with this?
