SIP support on these IP phones

Good morning everyone.
I am a newbie in the world of telephony.
Could someone tell me if the following models of IP phones support the SIP protocol (Currently using OmniPCX Enterprise and looking to switch to Asterisk).

Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4018, 4028, 4038, 4068, 8028s

That's a ballsy move to be a newbie in the world of telecoms, and literally going to Asterisk. Specifically if you have no linux / programming / network / telephony protocols understanding...
