Infocollect isn't installed by default but is located on the harddrive of the CS.
Use the command wheris sfx-infocollect.sh
You should find it in your system.
You have to install it with the su account.

su is no account. It's a command to switch to another user. (switch user or super user)

Without option you will be root.
su mtcl  You are mtcl
su - mtcl  You are mtcl and your profile will be loaded

su swinst  You are swinst
su - swinst  You are swinst and your profile will be loaded

su  You are root
su - You are root and your profile will be loaded
or
su root  You are root
su - root  You are root and your profile will be loaded

and so on
