Accessing serial console on OmniSwitch 6450

Recently I obtained an OS6450-P10S off of eBay. However, it didn't come with any sort of cable to access the serial console.
I don't have access to any systems with a serial port either, so really my only way to access it would be with something with the RJ45 on one end and USB on the other. Is there any place I could purchase a cable like that, or the parts to make one?
