What type of PCX: Office or Enterprise?
Assuming OXO (being R 4.1):
Using PM5 or OMC: Hardware and Limmits--->IP Adresses--->CPU Adress, Router Adress, Subnet Mask; VoIP Master/Slave etc if necessary;
Be aware that changing the IP parameters requires a warm reset.
Assuming OXE:
Using netadmin command. You will be asked for several parameters (like CPU duplication, X25 usage, internal name resolver, enhancement of security, router adress).
To view your current settings use netadmin -m.
Regards.

hi team :
I have aditional question related with thw issue. Talking about Omnicpx 4400 I have seen when you change ip address of PBX, only can be successful when the mask address is fix in 255.255.255.0, if you change to another mask address it has no result and it does not save.
Any comments related to the topic.
Thanks in advanced,
German Medina

I change IP address many time (in various releases) - it was no problem with mask from 255.255.255.192 to 255.255.0.0. In some release was problem when you decleare network with only 4 addresses (CPU, GW, subnet and broadcast).
May be you use DHCP on PBX? And you have some addresses not compatible with netmask.

Re: change IP address
Good morning everyone.
Sorry if I reopen this post after years but I need someone who knows how to manage an old Alcatel Omnipcx. I am 28 years old and as you can well understand, I have no experience with these devices.
I find myself with an OMNCPX 2000 acquired from a company acquisition and I need to change the IP of the device.
In reality it needs to change its subnet. It is now 192.168.0.144 and should become 10.103.1.144.
How can I do this without damaging and losing the device?

use v24 port to do that or you can lose connection
netadmin -m
