Two Alcatel 8028 "locked" in few monts
Re: Two Alcatel 8028 "locked" in few monts
One of the few things that the company managing the pbx (on papers) told us is the pbone (currently possessed by that company since months) is booting in sip mode and there is no way to boot in in noe mode.
It is right that in sip mode the phone doesn't even contact the alcatel pbx?
If this is true whatever I do in Omc shkuld not affect the phone, right?
There shoul be a way to reset the phone in sip mode.

We just need to get back our "damaged" 8008 phone from the company who took 3 month ago (yes they left us without that phone for three months) to try to repair (they weren't able).
It's more my own curiosity, because we think we abandon soon that system and that company given the issues, the inability to manage, and the costs.

Try this:
Reboot the phone
When it shows STEP 2, enter push the keys * #
Enter password 123456
Push the SOFT INFO on the left
Push the Run Mode: SIP on the right,
Push the Run Mode: SIP on the right again
Push the OK button on the phone
Wait about 30 seconds and the phone will reboot in NOE mode.

As written, 123456 is wrong, that's the problem

We still miss the locked phone, the company managing the pbx didn't give back to us.
I understand the process, it's like provisioning the phones from a server.
I tried to provision our remaining phones from our servers but didn't work.
I have another topic on this.
