UPGRADE POWERCPU TO POWERCPU EE

Hello:

I have only found three differences between the PowerCPU and the PowerCPU EE, those are: CPU clock 667 MHz vs 800 MHz, 256 MB SDRAM DDR2 vs 512 MB SDRAM DDR2, and 2 GB SD/MMC vs 8 GB eMMC. Is it possible to upgrade the CPU with any kind of kit (512 MB SDRAM DDR2 and 8 GB SD/MMC) so it can support the latest releases? Would Alcatel migrate the licenses with these changes, without the need of a new CPU?
