Help with Alcatel 8028s

First of all, I apologize for my broken English.

I'm trying to add an Alcatel 8028s workstation to an installation. It boots, goes through steps 1 to 5, but then restarts in a loop.

I compared its configuration with another working workstation, and everything seems fine. The only difference I see is the NOE version: the working one is NOE r5 10 5.45.50.4187, the new one is NOE r5 10 5.45.73.4557.

Could that be the problem? I don't know how to downgrade the new workstation to NOE r5 10 5.45.50.4187.
