O2G set user presence

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum. We've just started using and selling Alcatel products.
I have a question about O2G. I hope I can find the answer here.
Can we set a user's status, presence or status using O2G? (busy, free, away etc.)

Followed site below explains a lot, but I don't think I found the feature I'm looking for.

Hello,
strictly speaking, there is no presence service on O2G: no mean to set a presence state from API.
The only existing state is the "UserState" (FREE/BUSY) in the OnUserStateModified event notification (in "telephony" eventPackage) which notifies about a kind of telephony presence: "BUSY" means the user is making outgoing call or is in conversation.
