How to change the default MOH on OXO Connect

Hi everyone,

I would like to change the default Music-On-Hold (MOH) on our OXO Connect system. Currently, when an external caller reaches our system, they hear the system greeting and then dial an extension. I want to replace the default MOH with my own audio message: "Your call is being transferred."

Could you please guide me on how to configure this?

MOH or system greeting? Looks like some misunderstanding - MOH, DISA, AA.

To clarify the situation:

External callers reach our OXO Connect system through a SIP trunk.
They first hear the system greeting (Auto Attendant / DISA message):
"Thank you for calling Company A, please dial the extension…"

After the caller dials an extension, they hear the default Music-On-Hold while the call is being transferred.
I would like to replace this default MOH with my own audio file that plays:
"Your call is being transferred."

Could you please advise how to change the MOH used during call transfer in this scenario?
