Trying to set AA on the OXE.

Customer has a CC and at the moment when all agents are logged off and there is no resource the call centre is targeted to a voice mail.

Im looking to replace this with a AA with two menus, one to voice mail and another to a mobile out of hours number.

I have ensured trunk group is valid for AA.
Also recorded greetings, welcome message and option message.
Created a pre off hook menu and allocatd the welcome message no problem. Tried to create a menu on set leaf and send two destinations, 1 to an abb dial ( created a ghoust set with divert) and one to a users vmail. When i enter the extn number or voice mail number into the management the system tells me the numbers are invalid. This second leaf is menu on set and I have set the DTMF option 1 to a ghoust extn with "routing to predifined number" the same with the vmail option 2. Where am i going wrong ?


Also can i creat a DDI number to route to the AA to test if so which AA internal number do i use to target the DDI number ?

I presume once i have located identified the AA number i can replace the exsisting VM number with this AA number ?

I think in the first place, you are using incorrect leaf type.

Try with 'Menu for automated attendant' instead of pre-off hook menu
