collective speed dialing

Hello guys,

I have an OXO with 2 PRA and one APA 8. There are 2 classes of users , each class uses 1 PRA for pstn calls and 1 trunk group of gsm gateways for gsm calls. From trafic sharing matrix and ARS the external calls are routed OK, but if I use collective speed dialing all the calls are routed to the same PRA access or gsm trunk group indifferent of user`s barring level.
Can you help to differentiate the external route belong with baring level?

Hello clyde,

try to set up the "class" in the collective speed dial and in the external lines.

So the speed dial will barred by the speed-dial-group of the external line.

Sharing and barring and collective speed dial are 2 different mechanisms.
This provides flexibility to programming. You must configure "barring" as class of service in collective speed dialing regardless of your config of traffic sharing and barring. Also in collective speed dial if you want to create a speed dial that will be routed in 2 ways for 2 users, you will need to declare it twice: one with TG 500 for instance with class 1 and one with TG 501 with class 2. User 1 should have access to class 1 and not for 2 and User 2 should have access to class 2 and no access for 2.

tot3nkopf, I think you don`t understand what I want to do.
I want this:

User 100 has Traffic Sharing Link Cat 1
User 200 has TSLC 2
TSLC 1 don`t have access to trunk group 2
TSLC 2 don`t have access to trunk group 1
In ARS I define this: prefix=07 substitute=07 TrGpList=1
substitute=07 TrGpList=2
So when User 100 dial 07......... the call is routed to TG1 and when User 200 dial 07........ the call is routed to TG2.
This is OK, till now.
But when I declare CSD 8000= 07..........., even User 100 and User 200 if dial 8000 the call is routed to TG1 (if is free)
I test in my lab, and if I change the order in ARS
prefix=07 substitute=07 TrGpList=2
substitute=07 TrGpList=1
then if I dial 8000 the call is routed to TG2.

I must "configure " the system in a way that if I dial 8000 from user 100 and the call is routed to TG1 and if I dial 8000 from user 200 the call is routed to TG2.

This is one of the Known problems in the OXO that when you use Collective speed dial The TSLC will have no effect on the ARS. There is no possible way to do it at this moment.

to clyde_1807: Why you don't want to use ARS instead of CSD? For example: in Internal Numbering plan create 8000 = ARS, in ARS prefix = 8000 substitute = 07.

to et: I have to use 300 of CSD: 8000 to 8299 (till now and the list will grow). So....How can I set this ARS? Should I create 300 rules in ARS? I don`t think that is a proper sove for this problem. Thank you!
