Hi,
Is there a way to set up your voicemail system so that before u actually reach the voicemailbox u get prompted with an option to be redirected to reception or to leave a message or to be redirected to a mobile?
Regards,
Garth

Re: 4645 Greeting Guides
The good news;
There is a feature called UBIQUITY on the system that does exactly what you want.
The bad news;
You need licenses.
