Hi,

Coulod someone please explain how i set up MCID on the OXO, and how it works.

Just a quick answer is fine.

There is not much to set up on the OxO for MCID the main thing is that the customers carrier has the feature switched on for the lines (ISDN of course)

The process is the if for example a bomb threat is received then the user presses the MCID key or uses the suffix to issue a call trace command to the network. This causes the call route thought the network to be captured. This info can then be requested by the police
