OXO is blocking time after time

Hi,
Its about an OXO R4.x which has about 120 digital users and 3 PRAT2.
There are about 80 operational users that dial in the same time international numbers using these 3 PRAT2.
This month the system is blocked sometimes.
When there are only 5-10 operational users the system works properly, but when the number of operational users increases the system will be blocked even the internal communication.
So the customer does a restart every time the system is blocked.
Does anyone know how to solve this strange problem.

It may depends on version of software you have in OXO. There are some buggy version exist.

On what slots do you have installed the 3 PRA's?

Hello,

What type of link are using? all the telephones it's blocked or only the externals calls?, maybe you have problems with the external? test your RAM memory and tell us what happened
