CLIP – Off hook Message Waiting on Analog extension

The technical release of Alcatel OXE is g1.302.5. It equipped with 500 Analog Extension with CLIP feature. They do not support Off-Hook FSK Message Waiting On/Off Signal so that the Third Party Voice Mail System cannot turn on/off the Message Waiting (MW) of them when they are in conversation. Under this scenario, is it possible to turn on/off the MW of busy extension?

Could you elaborate ?
How is the third party voicemail connected to the OXE ?
Which signal does it send to turn Message Waiting Indicator on or off ?
Whenever an exetnsion is busy, do you have the capability to ask for a call back when the handset is put bak on hook (Callback when busy) ?

I am using 4620VPS port for connecting Third Party VMS. CLIP Signal is used for MWI. The analog phone does not receive CLIP on Off-Hook state
