OTUC 4.1 as Mailbox

Hello Buddys,

i have to install a Linux OTUC 4.1 with a OXE 7.1

The OTUC was also the Mailbox.

It is right that i need for every Mailbox in UM Case a Exchange Mail-Account?

Please short idea exchange

using otuc with voicemail in um, means your storage is the email-server (notes/exchange/imap). your voicemails are only stored in your email-account and can be accessed from phone, otuc and email-client

yes every user needs a exchange-mailbox. but normally every user has already an mailbox for email. otuc uses the same box

its right that user dingo11 and dingo12 can access mailbox service@customer.com when i declare in both otuc users the mail-address?

No, each user must have unique mailbox

i can create a mailbox hotline@customer.com for my it hotline... and only user "hotline nb. 555" can access the voice-mail over the dashboard or 4980... and all hotline members can only access voice-messages by outlook ... ok thats a way... hmm...

Over 4980? TUI? If another user knows the password of the TUI access anybody can access it.
On dashboard well yes, only my user can access my email, no other user of otuc can have my same email address.

Can I switch of the Password prombt for the TUI VoiceMail? It should be accessed without a password!
