Internet Explorer user Cannot login to OTUC R5.0 Server

Recently, I installed OTUC R5.0 with My Phone, My Assistant and My Messaging. I found that when I cannot use IE to acces to OTUC server. Error message "cookie is disabled on your web browser". I enabled the cookie and try again but still fail. When I use Firefox to access to OTUC server, it is work. Anybody can tell me what should I do on IE browser?

now that you have enabled cookies - have you deleted your browser cache/history and tried again?

Yes. Delete all and then re-start the IE. The other thing I want to say is that when I login to the Domain, the IE is working properly.

Piece of shit.
I have all kind of issues with IE and Mozilla. But I have to say that Mozilla works better
