Freeze in Omnivista topology

This problem happens after IP traffic on the network : some major alarms stay displayed on client Omnivista topology whereas they don't exist anymore (right click on major alarms on topology -> Alarm : these alarms don't exist on the alarm list), and when you reproduce an alarm on a PABX, for example by disconnecting a T1 link, this major alarm doesn't appear on Topology.
To resolve this problem of freeze, you have to restart the topology menu but you can miss some alarms in Topology.

The frequency of this problem is once per day (after a long time of inactivity in topology)

Not all alarms in the topology are co-related alarms so it means that those alarms are never cleared.
You have to filter out the alarms that you only need to see in Topology.
