Real Time Accounting

Hi,

We have a client installed with real time accounting, our problem basically when the user dials and let say the called number doesnt answer and the user on hooks there is a duration on the real time. I there a timer for this?

May be you say about NDDI TG? In this case PBX (in usual case) don't know - called user answer or not.
