4980 initialization errors

When opening 4980 from a web browser it gives the error - Some services may need to be initialized: integrated Messaging Service, My Messaging AA, xm000000

Any ideas ??

? Maybe you have those services and applications declared but not configured? However don't see the relation. When does this messages appear?

The error appears when the customer goes to the 4980 server to make changes.

Its not an error, it is a bad installation. The one who installed that OTUC left the complete suite when the customer doesn't need have all the licenses.
It is just a warning to the installer to configure those settings
