The conection may hang by itself with no warning,it is the problem when it's urgent cases.
BRMA Connection Problem
Re: BRMA Connection Problem
With RMA box you should check
- RMA version. Was latest SW downloaded to the board?
- modem. Is it Alcatel supplied Multitech or another vendor?
- modem settings?
- modem cable. Is it supplied with RMAB or "home-made"?
A several sites with RMA connections, latest SW downloaded, Multitech modems connected - working without any problems for some years.

Re: BRMA Connection Problem
How we can check the RMA board or BRMA box version?
Is that any way to check on this hardware and the software compatibility?
Currently system was running on R6.2 and using the Multitech modem with model MT5634ZBA.The problem come from the RMA board or the modem?
If there are some configuration need to apply, please advice.Thank you.

Re: BRMA Connection Problem
We had some issues with one similar connection, but we discovered that it was caused by a single laptop modem from one of my colleagues. Try to use other modem and see if it still fails.
