4760 stop loading tickets

After done some LAN upgrading Omnivista 4706 R.3.2 suddenly stop downloading ticket from PCX
I chect PCX by "accview -f" ticket are therer but 4760 not loading it in to 4760 server (not sysnchronize between PCX and 4760)

All configuration on 4760 remain same

Any advise are strongly appreciated

We have seen a similar issue with IP tickets.
You can check the last polled file, and move it from the /usr4/account folder on the oxe and then re-sync, it might be OK. The problem was a corrupt IP ticket and from memory it was resolved with a patch (unsure of version sorry)

Last pulled tickets is TEXASPBW.DAT
Move it to where?

if it resolved with path where patch which ones?

Check synchronization logs. /4760/log. Or in the 4760 client, under Scheduler you have a report about the synchronization.
If you don´t know wich is the correct log file, force a synchronization. Then check for the last modified file. Upload it to see if we can help you.

Hi,
Under Scheduler show LDAP Synchronize fail
the rest like IP ticket loader are success

and 1 more I just found, under configuration it I choose connect through Telnet it can go
But If I choose configure it give error "Synchronize CMISE"

Any patch for 4760 R.3.2 (Note PCX is R.6.1)

Hi. Try a full synchronization. in 4760/log you can have more detail information. Upload it. Regards.

There is a TC regarding this issue. download all TC's regarding Omnivista and search for it. The solution as I remember (I had the same problem once on OXO) is to delete the last .DAT file from one config line in Omnivista and replace it with another. the whole procedure is described there. I'll try to find it and poste it if I have time. But I don;t promise. My schedule is pretty tight.
