PIMPhony Team and CRM MS

Hi there,
I would like to know if this is possible.

My client has an OXO R6.1, and they also had implemented Microsoft CRM. They would like to use PIMphony Team on some user that are receiving in-coming calls from a E1-ISDN, therefore they would like that, when an incoming call arrives to one of those users, on their PCs a pop-up CRM window appears with the contact information.

Do you have any ideas how to do this?

Tapi is the magic word.
Do you have a pimphony licence bought? if so how much users?

could you explain a little bit more? I had 25 licenses of PIMphony Basic, 2 licenses of PIMphony PRO y one license of Pimphony Team. Besides I have licenses for 4 sesion and 50 monitorings in TAPI 2.1
