Help needed on ISDN Trcaes

Post by jopatini »

Imagine an OXE with 500 users and 4 Primary accesses, it is not possible to run t3 traces (even on a single NPRAE) and monitor a specific call, in order to check a problem. Is there a way to make t3 filtered traces on a specific direcory number ? (based on calling or called numebr for example) ?

Hi..

I don't know we can do the trace for particular extension..but we can do it for particular coupler...command is

""t3 cpl x ""

x = coupler ( slot ) number .

I had a same problem, normally i use the above command and capture the data's thro hypertrminal, then open the file find the called number or extension. About call completion status i go thro call ref number in trace.

Based on calling number I guess: t3 <calling_number>
Other funny options / commands are: t3 -data and t2chain

Hi, to trace a number you can use mtracer -b (number) then you will find the trace of the exact number.

It shows you current connections but it's very R&D like.
Suggestion: Forget it - use represent instead :lol:
