Can someone please help ,one of our callcentres are moving to another building ,they will use a differant call centre solution in the new building ,I need to know how can i forward the call centre main number to an outside number so if a customer phones in the IVr picks up and if the customer dials 2 in the menu the calls should route to the outside number
So the calls will forward externally to the new buildings number
please help ,I tried changing the route number in the programming under Applications:Auto attendant.
