4635J HDD reinstallation

I have a problem with 4635J installation on VPU5 on 5.0.1.Ux.
I`m connected serial and ethernet to VPU5 with a CBRMA exactly like CPU and it works. I have a CD with 4635 software and also BOOTNET started from this CD, just like it writes in documentation.
I BOOT from Ethernet (a4635U.cfg), started UNIX/LINUX boot (kernel_v.ram) (i try different version of 4635) and before started a4635 instalation when RCATD trying to calls 191.254.1.250 (server IP) blocked.
I verify firewall, I deactivate XP firewall.
What I`m doing wrong?

i use

bootpdesk.exe from lola(oxo)
Winagents TFTP
RCATD.EXE from BOOTNT95(4400)

for rcatd i think, its importend to give the drive free for guest accounts and have the a4635 folder in the drive root. i try it last week with an old vps35 and relase 3.04. view the logfiles

I think that RCATD didn`t work because I don`t use original cables to connect to VPU5, am I right?

if you have ethernet, it cant be a problem with the cable
