CCS generate report error

Dear All
I have CCD and CCS was install on 4400
it wark a year alredy, for last month we problem with power and all system was shuting down. after power come very thing look fine

But on CCS software we can not create report

Description:
When select
Statistics > Excel > Pilot
And run the selected report and always came out the error message â€œACD!: The main spreadsheet is not protectedâ€

I would say it has something to do with the excel spreadsheet protection (macro?) and not the software itself.. Any other advices on that ?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the CCS app?
The Excel reports are done using Macros in master files. So if any of them is damaged there can be the main problem.

Just open the excel file and protect the general sheet with password alcatel.

I believe that will solve your problem

Hi,

For this, we can try following. Open the excel sheet >tools >macros >securities >trusted sources and you will see two options 1.trust all installed add ins & templets , 2.Trust access to to visual basic project. Select these both the options.
