FLash Card office 4200 Rel 3.x to 4.x

I am facing some problem with Flash Card for 4200 system.
Any one knows how to test it
is any ready made tools to verify it
Some time it works with AC/CM some time it doesn't.

AC/CM - are processors for 4200E. This cards resides on CM only. And this is not only Flash cards. MEB1M-1 is a static RAM card (we have problems with this type of cards on more than 20 PBX's). М1М-DLx is a static RAM + flash (we have no problem wit this type of cards, but we have only a few of them). We know only one way for solution - replace with a new one.
