Can't delete a user...

Everytime I try to delete one particular extension I get a messages stating
Processing Failure
OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: Forbidden: supervised station
I check for the extensions that supervise it and it gives me one extension. I look at the supervising extension and it does NOT have the extension in question programmed to any key on it.
Could it be a DB synchrozination issue? Can delete, can FORCED delete the extension. I am unable to delete the extension that supposedly supervises it, so as of now of on my DID numbers is lost.
The extension I wish to delete is a 4035 set, nothing special about it except I can't delete it, argh!
Any suggestions?

Yes, database issue.

Seems that you might need to run that MULTITOOL -REPAIR command to fix the set that is doing the supervision.

Search on here for related posts because I have not used it myself yet.

Check under Applications > CCD > Operators and see if any agent has this phoneset as private station

Not always. But I think in this case it could be true.
Delete all Multiline and Supervision keys on the set and try again...
It's a new feature
In some patches it's not possible to delete an extension with supervision keys.

Yes. PROCFAIL_2173: "Used as a private number" I think. As defined in /usr2/oneshot/mtcl/err2lov.dct

OR: "Utilizado como un numero privado de operador ACD V2" (gives a better idea what fuc*ing private number the box speaks about...)
