Re: low flash space problem
What is the "latest" code you have installed?
You can/should remove the following files:
-rw 787 Dec 19 2006 software2.lsm
-rw 781780 Jul 23 10:14 kminiboot.uboot
-rw 219516 Jul 23 10:14 ku-boot.bin
-rw 864 Jul 23 10:14 software.lsm
The "low space" message appears due to a bug, I have seen the same.

Re: low flash space problem
The latest version is AOS 6.3.1.999.R01 ...
There was a fix for the flash space warning message bug - consider to upgrade to that release soon.
