Has anyone achieved to integrate the video option into the solution? I know it can be done with Windows Messenger but not very sure on how.

Well answering myself,

create an user as extern station, make it available as SIP user (user and domain, domain = ip.oxe)

In my teamwork in the user setting enable video endpoint and register this extern station as video number.

Now in windows messenger (old version):

Options, Accounts,
check Communication Service
sing-in name: extern.set@ip.oxe

Advanced:
click configure settings
click UDP
write oxe ip address again

And you are done, test with another mate and have fun
